Cancellation Policy

We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. To ensure we can offer appointment times to all clients who need them, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee of $195. This fee is not billable to insurance and is the client’s responsibility.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical or family emergencies.
