I’m Ashley Miller, LCSW, and I offer individual and group clinical supervision rooted in trauma-informed care, systems theory, and strength and somatic-based frameworks. I meet you where you are, whether you’re early in your associate hours, working through complex cases, or preparing for the ASWB licensure exam.

Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in evidence-informed practice. Each session is tailored to your caseload, learning goals, and where you are in your professional development.
We may work on:

Sessions are one hour and available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your caseload and licensure timeline.

I keep my rate accessible because I believe quality supervision should be within reach for early-career clinicians.
I accept a limited number of supervisees at a time to ensure you receive thoughtful, consistent support. I also provide a free hours tracking spreadsheet for your licensure journey.
Oregon Licensing Hours
The Oregon BLSW and OBLPCT each have specific supervision requirements. I’ll help you understand those requirements and ensure our sessions are documented to meet state standards. We can work together to create a supervision plan aligned with your licensure timeline.

Ashley Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Oregon, with a private practice in Beaverton and Oceanside. She works with individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and complex relational and systemic challenges.
Ashley’s clinical approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, somatic and polyvagal theory, and systems and strengths-based frameworks. She is deeply committed to supporting early-career clinicians in developing their clinical identity, building sustainable practices, and bringing their whole selves to their work.
She is approved as a clinical supervisor under Oregon licensing standards and is qualified to supervise both CSWAs (toward LCSW) and PCAs (toward LPC).

Oregon requires 3,000 hours of post-MSW supervised experience, including at least 100 hours of face-to-face supervision with an approved supervisor. Yes. Oregon allows telehealth supervision for both CSWAs and PCAs. I offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth supervision to associates across the state.
